To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning, we kindly ask that the following be completed prior to our arrival:
Property must be fully vacant
All personal belongings removed
Utilities (water & electricity) turned on
Large debris and construction materials cleared
Excessive trash bagged and removed
Refrigerator and freezer emptied
Failure to complete these items may result in additional charges or rescheduling

Homes must be vacant prior to service. We remove standard household trash generated during cleaning. We are not a junk removal or debris hauling service.
